15 Modern Anime Movies You Should Watch Now

There are several great modern anime movies that you can watch. Among the most popular are Sailor Moon R. The Movie and Dragon Ball Z. Both of them are based on classic manga and anime, but they all have different elements. 

Another notable modern anime film is Redline, based on a manga by Hayao Miyazaki. The film was seven years in the making and had no chance of recouping its budget.

Koike left the Madhouse studio shortly after the film’s release, but not before finding work elsewhere. He became a character designer for the Lupin the Third series, which Sayo Yamamoto directed.

Other modern anime films are the popular manga series Naruto and the hit ’90s animation Dragon Ball Z. These are just a few of the more popular films that have been made over the past few years.

Many of them have excellent plots, and some are even better than the originals. But what sets them apart from other films is their level of detail and emotional depth. So, what are the best modern anime movies?
